A maintenance plan is simply a scheduled visit each year at an agreed price: we inspect, we photograph, we fix what is small, and we tell you honestly what is coming. It suits owners who are not in Spain most of the year and cannot see the property deteriorating, and it suits rental owners who need the place presentable continuously rather than in a fortnight of disruption.

How long will the wet paint take to dry, and how strong will the fumes be inside my home?
Great questions. We are equipped with a mobile spray booth and do all our spraying outside to avoid fumes on the inside of the property.
Will the finish look completely smooth without any texture or stipple from rollers?
Yes, that is the reason for certain projects, such as doors, railings or metal gates, we choose the spray over a roller to ensure a flawless finish.
Are you using an airless sprayer or an HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure)
We are using a HVLP (high volume-low pressure).
How do you prepare a surface before painting?
We clean the surface to remove dirt, grease, or old paint, then sand and prime it to ensure proper adhesion.
